I flew in for my relative's 101st birthday. Since she is in a care center I decided on the cake pops, thinking they would be easier for the residents. That worked out well. Except for one gentleman, everyone enjoyed them. A few people even asked for seconds. My one change would be to not have sprinkles put on them. The sprinkles got on their clothing (I sure hope the pink and purple sprinkles washed out of the white sweater one lady wore) and all over the floor. When the workers saw Minooka they brightened up. They told me Minooka is th lubbock the best!
I should just buy stock in this bakery! It's our GO TO place for birthday cakes, Lucious pastry, cake pops that are SUPER !!! Love it here !!

If you book your wedding through Constantino's Catering and Events, your wedding cake is included in your package from Minooka. We've been going to Minooka for birthday cakes for years and were thrilled to discover this while booking our wedding. The decorators matched our vision perfectly and it was delivered on time with care. It was also delicious as always. Yummy cake and great buttercream. I highly recommend Minooka to order birthday cakes from if you want to support a local business vs. the grocery store, well worth it.
Ordered seven dozen cookies for a get together. We enjoyed all of the different ones, but I truly enjoyed the Coconut Macaroons. Never disappointed.
The lemon blueberry cake & cupcakes are my favorite. There's always a great lineup of pastries, too. The carrot cake cupcake is huge and basically a slice of cake.
The food was excellent and so were the prices. Fantastic variety of options from cookies, pastries, cakes, gluten free and all. The ambiance was nice. The reason I gave this review a 4 star was due to the staff not being friendly. I understand it's the holidays and everyone is busy. However, a little bit of kindness can go a long way.
